.: Screw Thread Gauges

As a major manufacturer of both screw ring gauges and screw plug gauges, all standard screw thread gauges are ex-stock and in most instances an order can be despatched on a SAME DAY basis.

Together with standard thread gauges, we also manufacture screw ring and plug gauges of non-standard forms and pitch/diameter combinations. All gauges can be supplies with either an IN HOUSE, or a FULL UKAS certificate.

.: Calibration

Mercury offer a Calibration service on all new and used gauges. A comprehensive certificate can be supplied which displays all gauge tolerances and actual sizes, and is fully traceable to UKAS.

As an alternative to this, a simplified Certificate of Conformity can be supplied. All recorded sizes are obtained using measurement equipment housed in a temperature controlled enviroment and are fully traceable to national standards. New or used gauges can be supplied with UKAS certificates.
